History
Dr. Thomas A Chandy - Founder of HOSMAT Hospital and NPI is the only U.S. Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon in India . He did his Post Graduate Residency Training in New York and Fellowships in Sports Medicine & Joint Replacement at the University of Oklahoma. He was Chief of Orthopedics at the Claremore Regional Hospital, Oklahoma for 10 years. He spent 20 years in the U.S. before returning to India and is well aware of the duties and functions and performance of a nurse in the U.S.

REQUIREMENTS FOR IMMIGRATION PETITION
To file for the immigration petition, you need:
- Resume along with the transcript of marks and work experience
- RN degree certificate
- Letters from hospitals verifying work experience and any recommendations
- CGFNS Certificate and/or valid N-CLEX
- Nursing Registration Certificate in the state where the course was completed.
- Copy of License
- Work Certificates
- Copy of Valid Passport
- Copy of marriage license(if applicable)
- English proficiency certificate (TSE/TOEFL/IELTS )
- Preliminary test before registration
